Shipping policy

At  Koldhartd, we work hard to ensure orders are packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All items are pre-made and ready to ship unless clearly marked as a pre-order item on the product page.

Orders are typically processed, packed, and shipped within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during high-volume releases, holidays, or promotional periods.

Shipping Carrier

All domestic orders are shipped through USPS.

Once shipped, delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days depending on the destination and USPS transit times.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Koldhartd is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to USPS, shipping delays are outside of our control. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number.
